Democracy is considered the highest goal among peoples' organisational systems, the most advanced form of government, often associated with the concept of individual freedom, for which it appears as the best political guarantee. But while many countries globally still aspire to its implementation, paradoxically it begins to show limits precisely in the states from which it originated.
